With more than 30 years of emergency response experience, Anthony Fuentes founded 911 Education Services with one mission: to help organizations build stronger, safer, and more prepared emergency response teams.

Anthony's career began in 1993 as a U.S. Navy Damage Controlman, where he developed the discipline, technical expertise, and leadership required to protect personnel, critical assets, and mission-critical operations. During his military service, he earned qualifications in shipboard firefighting, aircraft firefighting, damage control, flooding control, and emergency response.

After serving his country, Anthony transitioned into municipal fire service and emergency medical response, earning certifications in structural firefighting, hazardous materials response, vehicle extrication, technical rescue, search and rescue, and emergency medical services. These experiences provided a strong foundation for responding to complex emergencies in both public safety and industrial environments.

For more than 22 years, Anthony has served the petrochemical industry, working alongside industrial emergency response teams to prepare for and manage high-risk incidents. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions during major industrial fires, hazardous materials emergencies, and large-scale emergency operations, serving as both an Incident Commander and Operations Section Chief.

His extensive field experience has shaped the philosophy behind 911 Education Services: emergency preparedness is more than compliance—it is about building capable teams, developing effective plans, and ensuring responders are ready when every second counts.

Today, Anthony leads a team of experienced professionals, including Industrial Emergency Response Specialists (IERS), Hazardous Materials Incident Commanders, and Certified Hazmat Technicians, delivering consulting, emergency response planning, pump operations training, facility preplans, gap assessments, emergency exercises, and customized industrial preparedness solutions across a wide range of industries.
